Our Culture

The team at Louisville Geek has different roles and specialties, but we come together and create great work not only for our clients, but for ourselves as well. That’s because we love what we do.

Families that eat together stay together

Since our inception in 2004, the Friday lunch hour is a time for our Geeks to take a break from the daily grind and enjoy a meal together. Each week, Louisville Geek employees are given the opportunity to vote on what they want for lunch on Friday. Once the decision is made, our leadership team orders carryout and all employees are encouraged to attend. In our early days, 2 large pizzas would be enough to feed the team. Nowadays, 2 pizzas wouldn’t be enough to feed a single department. And that’s just fine with us.

Happiness and Productivity

When we first opened our doors, we knew that we wanted to create a place that would attract innovative and creative minds, all while making them feel right at home. Studies have long shown that when someone is happy, they are more productive. That’s why we’re particularly proud of having earned Best Places to Work accolades.
