We take privacy and security seriously, especially when it comes to our Managed IT Services.
We never sell or trade client data. We only share information when the law requires it or when a client has clearly agreed to it.
Both Louisville Geek and our clients agree to keep shared confidential information private, even after a project ends. This doesn’t apply to information that’s already public, developed independently, or legally required to be shared.
If a security incident affects client data, we’ll let the client know right away and work with them to fix it.
