Yes. Our website development rates are the same as Crosby Interactive ($175/hour).
Can LouGeek host our website?
Yes, we offer the same hosting packages as Crosby Interactive. Those rates can be found here.
Do we need to do anything right now?
No! Crosby Interactive will provide LouGeek with all the necessary information to support your account.
Who do we contact if we need to make updates to our website?
If you’d like to make changes to your website, you have several options:
- Use our support page to create a service ticket: https://louisvillegeek.com/support-center/submit-service-ticket/
- Email [email protected] and include the URL of the website and/or company name, details about the changes you’d like to make, and contact information in case we have questions.
- Call 502-897-7577 to speak with a member of our concierge team who will then create a support ticket.

When is all of this taking place?
The transition phase has already begun and we hope to have everything finalized by May 1, 2024.
Are we required to use LouGeek for hosting and website maintenance?
No! If you have a preferred vendor, you are more than welcome to use whomever you want. You’ll just need to reach out to Crosby Interactive to assist you with the transfer.
Can LouGeek host our email?
