Decade-long streak proves the technology provider’s services and strategies work for clients

Louisville Geek has earned Business First’s Fast 50 award for the 10th year in a row. The honor, bestowed only upon independent, privately held companies headquartered in the metropolitan Louisville area, recognizes the managed services provider’s 10th year of consecutive growth.

“We’re thankful,” said Louisville Geek co-founder Pat Mann. “While we certainly take pride earning the award 10 consecutive years, it’s the fact our customers have entrusted their technology challenges to us for such an extended period of time that we’re most proud.”
By listening to clients, reviewing customer needs and tailoring custom solutions to match each organization’s budget and requirements,

Louisville Geek’s developed strong long-term relationships with the businesses and organizations it supports. Recognizing the technical solutions that work for one company don’t necessarily work best for another, and by consistently following through delivering service and support with resolve, Louisville Geek discovered a winning combination.

“Really, that’s how we earned this recognition,” adds Mann. “By proving to be a trusted technology partner that consistently comes through for customers, we’ve weathered a variety of business climates together. In many cases, we’ve built relationships with clients in which we’ve been working together 10, 12 and even 15 years.”

The pandemic and the resulting continuing supply chain challenges present yet another unique set of circumstances. But by forging close partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers, Louisville Geek is at the forefront providing technical solutions despite common hardships.

“We’re in the fight,” states Mann. “While many competitors have sold themselves, abandoned the state or moved headquarters elsewhere, winning the Fast 50 ten years running shows we’re committed to customers and the metropolitan area. We’re not going anywhere.”

To be awarded the Fast 50 accolade, firms must provide the competition’s auditor three years of tax returns to verify sustained performance over several years. Business First’s Fast 50 awards ceremony will be held October 19th at the Galt House Hotel.
