If you’re reading this, you’re probably already aware that Crosby Interactive is in the process of transferring the management of their website hosting and maintenance accounts to LouGeek. Crosby Interactive has been a trusted partner of LouGeek for over a decade, and our goal is to provide you with the same level of service and commitment that you’ve come to expect from Crosby Interactive.We understand the critical role your website plays in your business, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and continued support.

Will our prices will remain the same?

Yes! LouGeek has agreed to offer the same pricing model that you had with Crosby Interactive until May 1, 2025. The only thing that will change is where you’ll direct payment. Once this transition is finalized, you will have access to a portal where you can manage your account.

Do we need to do anything right now?

No! Crosby Interactive has provided LouGeek with all the necessary information to support your account.

Who do we contact if we need to make updates to our website?

If you’d like to make changes to your website, you have several options:

  1. Use our support page to create a service ticket: https://louisvillegeek.com/support-center/submit-service-ticket/
  2. Email [email protected] and include the URL of the website and/or company name, details about the changes you’d like to make, and contact information in case we have questions.
  3. Call 502-897-7577 to speak with a member of our concierge team who will then create a support ticket.

When is all of this taking place?

The transition phase has already begun and we hope to have everything finalized by May 1, 2024.

We’ve already paid our hosting bill for 2024. How does this impact my account?

For those that have paid for hosting for this calendar year, this will not impact your account. You will receive an invoice from LouGeek on your renewal anniversary in 2025.

Are we required to use LouGeek for hosting and website maintenance?

No! If you have a preferred vendor, you are more than welcome to use whomever you want. You’ll just need to reach out to Crosby Interactive to assist you with the transfer.

Can LouGeek host our email?

Yes. If you need email or general IT support, please fill out the form below and a representative from LouGeek will be in touch within 1 business day.
